2. Privacy Policy

DFW ROYAL LIMO respects our customers’ and website users’ privacy and understands that the confidentiality of the information provided to us is essential to you. We use the data gathered only to provide you with more information about our quality products and services. Any personal information will be treated following this Policy. Your information is obtained for our internal purposes only and will not be sold or shared with any unaffiliated third party other than as outlined in this Policy.

3. Terms & Condition: Terms of Service

* Credit or refunds are NOT given to customers who have not canceled their reservations at least 24
hours in advance; leave with another company at the airport; or fail to show up at their meeting location. For waiting Ames at the airport arrivals, there is a 30-minute waiting time free of charge-any more is subject to hourly waiting time fees. We do not offer Uber pricing-our company’s services and
pricing are different than other companies.

* For online reservations or verbal agreement to prepay a pickup over the phone, 20% gratuity will be added to the charge unless specified otherwise by the customer.

* Call 800-536-0080 for questions or concerns. Clients should turn on their cell phones upon arrival.

* The chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes for Domestic Arrivals and up to 45 minutes for International Arrivals free of charge. The chauffeurs will monitor the flights for any delays or early arrivals. Gratuity of 20% will be added to all reservations.

* For pickups more than 100 miles away, cash may not be accepted. Only credit cards with a driver’s ID may be used in these cases. Reservations may be made without signatures using other means to verify identity of card holder such as CVC code and billing address/postal code.

* Not responsible for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown, or doesn’t provide any loss claim insurance for service interruption, customer has to buy their own trip interruption insurance. No claim against company or its employee may be brought in this connection.

* The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use by them or any members of their party. A fee of $700.00 and up to the actual cost, for each carpet or seat burn.

Sanitation fee is $225.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use in the vehicles is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.

* A maximum of two car seats are available on request. Addi9onal $10 per seat will be added.

* Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.

* For severe weather conditions, prices are subject to change without notice.

* Reservation Agreement: the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all rates quoted for services provided by DFW LIMO CAR AIRPORT SERVICES LLC are estimates only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided. Prices are subject to change with weather and road conditions without notice.

* Cancelation Policy: cancelations require at least a 24-hour notice for any credit. All reservations are non-refundable. For reservations canceled before 24 hours, credit will be given along with a code to use for future reservations. Please note that credit is not the same as refund. Large reservations or 6+ passengers reservations are also non-refundable. Late cancelations and no-shows will be charged the given rate.

* Exceptions: the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that DFW LIMO CAR AIRPORT SERVICES LLC is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicles. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that DFW LIMO CAR AIRPORT SERVICES LLC reserves the rights to assess a minimum fee of $200.00 for any necessary cleaning and/or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.

DFW LIMO CAR AIRPORT SERVICES LLC shall endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its customers, but such is not guaranteed. DFW LIMO CAR AIRPORT SERVICES LLC is not liable for delays in service, interruptions, or damages caused by acts of God, strikes riots, authorities of law, public enemies, hazards or dangers caused by state of war, quarantine, perils of navigation, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents or breakdowns, or any other condition beyond its control.

* Same terms and conditions apply to all phone reservations and online reservations.

* For any prepaid reservation, over the phone or online, 20% gratuity will be added

4. COVID-19 Policy

We have built our reputation by putting the safety and welfare of both our passengers and driver partners at the forefront of everything we do. We monitor reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other government agencies to stay updated on the evolving situation. We enacted new emergency standards for vehicle cleanliness and disinfection protocols during daily and weekly upkeep and increased frequency of vehicle inspections.

SEC. 47A-2.1.6. ZERO-TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY.

(a) An operating authority shall employ, maintain, and enforce as to its drivers a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances.

(b) An operating authority shall include on its publicly remotely accessible data site notice of the operating authority’s zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances and information on how passengers may report a possible violation of the policy to the operating authority and to the City. Within 20 miles Hourly Rate:
For Luxury Sedan $80 per hour + gratuity
For Luxury SUV $95 per hour + gratuity

Hourly Pickup with no specific drop-off but specific pickup time. Hourly booking is 20 km per hour of service with no specific drop-off.
1. 10 minutes for pickup wait time.
2. 30 minutes complimentary wait time.

If guest does not show up after the mandatory waiting time has passed, and customer is unable to reach by phone, then it will be reported as a no-show and the entire amount will be charged and there will be no return of money.

If the rider wants to cancel the ride, he/she must inform 24 hours in advance otherwise the amount charged will not be refunded but can. Be adjusted in the next scheduled trip.
